IT’S TIME FOR KANSAS TO VALUE THEM BOTH.
VOTE YES ON AUGUST 2ND

The people of Kansas value both mothers and their babies, but our state’s extreme Supreme Court ruled that the state constitution contains an unlimited right to abortion. Unless we vote YES, extreme Supreme Court judicial activists will allow unlimited, unrestricted abortion.
Since the Supreme Court’s ruling, Kansas experienced its largest increase in abortion in fifteen years. We must vote YES on the Value Them Both Amendment to ensure Kansas doesn’t become a late-term abortion destination like California and New York.
GET READY TO VOTE YES
On August 2nd, Kansans have the chance to make sure that abortion is no longer an unlimited “right” under our state Constitution. It’s crucial that you make your plan to vote. Click below to find your polling location!
WHY THE VALUE THEM BOTH AMENDMENT IS NECESSARY

Without a YES vote, Kansas may allow abortion until birth
Abortions that occur in the second and third trimesters are especially dangerous and gruesome for women and children. Without a YES vote, all restrictions on abortion will be eliminated and abortions until birth on healthy babies will be permitted.

Abortion numbers in Kansas have skyrocketed
Since the state Supreme Court ruling allowed unlimited abortion, Kansas experienced its largest increase in abortion in fifteen years. A YES vote on the Value Them Both Amendment will allow legislators to introduce basic protections for women and children to help support families and reduce abortion numbers.

The state has become an abortion destination
The state has also become an abortion destination, with more NON-Kansas residents receiving abortions than residents. Without a YES on the amendment, Kansas abortion laws will remain some of the most extreme in the country, on par with New York and California.
